What is Total Mass Gainer?

Premium Powders Total Mass is a calorie dense weight gainer designed for anyone looking to bulk up and increase muscle mass.

One of the main reasons why Total Mass is so effective is its unique protein blend. Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate provide a fast release of nutrients, while Milk Protein Isolate provides a slow, steady release for up to 12 hours. Total Mass feeds your muscles protein and amino acids throughout the day, therefore extending the period in which they rebuild and regrow. Our protein blend is extremely high in BCAAs and has a comprehensive amino acid profile.

Total Mass combines two carbohydrate sources in maltodextrin and organic Australian fine powdered oats, which provides a tapered release of carbohydrate nutrients and naturally occuring vitamins and minerals.

Suggested Use

This weight gainer been good for me. As a natural hardgainer I've gotta take this everyday and its been working wonders for my size. I definitely recommend the chocolate flavours, but the vanillas good too
