We review compatibility and agree the maintenance scope before work begins. Mailbox storage allocation within the package allowance, backup retention and support coverage are confirmed in your proposal. The monthly review levels apply to New Zealand traffic. International traffic is free and does not count towards these levels. Any changes to your service or price are agreed with you. Content edits, premium licences, custom development and complex application work are scoped separately.

Business email using your own domain, with Mailcow for mailboxes and webmail and Proxmox Mail Gateway for an additional filtering layer.
Discuss individual mailboxes, shared addresses and aliases, browser-based webmail, and access from compatible desktop and mobile mail apps.
The platform supports spam scoring, virus scanning and quarantine for suspicious messages, with sender rules to help manage unwanted mail.
We agree mailbox sizes, domain authentication, migration needs and support before you move. Filtering settings and quarantine access are confirmed for your service.
Starter includes 5 mailboxes, Business 10 and Pro 25, with aliases and forwarders for your domain. Need email on its own? Ask us for a separate quote.
Filtering helps reduce unwanted and harmful email; it cannot block every threat. Features depend on the agreed service configuration.
