Shipping & Returns

Currently shipping Australia and New Zealand Wide

 

Australia - $6.90 Flat-rate or Free when you spend over $150

New Zealand - Starting from $15 for under 2kg, Over 2kg is calculated at checkout depending on your total order weight.

 

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same-day, orders after 3pm will be posted the next business day. 

We use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, depending on your location and parcel size.

It is YOUR responsibility to make sure that the NAME and ADDRESS specified on your order is correct. We can only post to the address on your account. If an item is posted to an incorrect name and/or address, and is subsequently returned to us, an extra postage charge will be applied before your item is re-sent. Your item will be re-sent once payment is received for the new postage charge.

Sydney Metro delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide Metro's usually take 2-5 business days. WA, NT, Country or Regional areas can take an additional 1-5 days.

If you have not received your item after 7 business days from the time it was posted, please contact us. We will investigate it for you. Please understand, once your package is posted,  we have no control over the speed at which it arrives to you. Australia post provides us with an indication of ETA, but this can only be used as a guide.

Please note that sometimes there will be delays caused by nature. Please be patient as Australia Post / Fastway cannot control this. You will receive your item ASAP.

Returns

If you have any concerns or would like to return a product, please contact us first by either email at info@premiumpowders.com.au or the contact us form.

If you received damaged or incorrect goods, please take a photo and contact us, after an initial investigation we will then re-send the damaged product or provide you with store credit. 

Products are not accepted as faulty due to personal taste preference or related to standard product reactions, characteristics, nature, season, including specialised formulated product blends.

Unless the product is deemed faulty by us it is not faulty.

If you change your mind about an ordered product then we will expect you to cover the shipping costs in returning the items to us. Please note there is a maximum limit of 1 per month here. If you change your mind and want to return an unopened product, we are happy to accept it (at your cost) if it is within 1 month from when you ordered the product. 

Any opened goods will not be refunded.
